Plant Visit SSE1-PV06 SEP 2018

September 10 – 11, 2018, Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (“TSE”) was invited to participate in a seminar event for the year 2018 “Overview of Study to Develop Electricity Market for SPP Co-generation” presented by Khun Thanan Marukatat, Senior Deputy Executive Director of Petroleum Institute of Thailand (PTIT). The seminar was organized by Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (“GPSC”), in order to exchange knowledge, experience, and strengthen relationships between the Company and its partnership. Besides, the Company’s engineering team and Khun Nivej Boonwichai, Vice President Engineering & Construction of TSE also participated in the event as well as leading the group of GPSC’s representatives to visit the Solar Power Plant of SSE1-PV6 project in Kanchanaburi.

Representatives of Energy Regulatory Commission (“ERC”) visited a Solar Thermal Plant (TSE-1 project) in Kanchanaburi on August 30, 2018On August 30, 2018, Khun Kitiphong Thunnom, Chief Technical Officer of Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (TSE) and team led representatives of Energy Regulatory Commission (“ERC”) touring a Solar Thermal Plant (TSE-1) in Huay Krachao district, Kanchanaburi province and provided information to the visitors.

On August 27, 2019, Cathleen Maleenont Ed.D., Chief Executive Officer of Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited or (“TSE”), attended the Opportunity Day to present the Company information to investors and announced the operating results of 2Q2019 for the three-month period ended June 30, 2019 that the Company generated total revenue of THB 559 million Baht, increasing of 99% and its net profit of THB 208 million Baht, increasing of 95% as compared to the same period last year, and the the operating results for the six-month period that the Company generated total revenue of THB 1,026 million Baht, increasing of 105% and its net profit of THB 355 million Baht, increasing of 64% as compared to the same period last year at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Cathleen Maleenont, Ed.D., a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (in the middle) of Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (“TSE”) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Yin Rongfang, Trina Solar Executive Vice President (4th from right) of Trina Solar Pte. Ltd., the global leader in smart photovoltaic solutions, to purchase Trina Solar’s new 405W and 410W Tallmax TSM-DE15M(II) modules for a new solar farm project “Onikoube” in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. The plant has a total installed power generation capacity of over 14 7 MW. Currently, this project is in developing process and expected to be able to Commercial Operation Date (COD) in 2022.

Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (“TSE”) held a press conference “TSE’s Business Plan for the Year 2019” and moved to a new secondary market from MAI to SET for the first day on May 14th in the resources industry, a new sector of Energy & Utilities. Dr. Pakorn Peetathawatchai, the President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) (3rd from right) and Mr. Manpong Senanarong, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Issuer Marketing Division of SET (2nd from right) welcomed and congratulated to Cathleen Maleenont, Ed.D., a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (3rd from left) and Mr. Somphop Prompanapitak, Chief Operating Officer (1st from left) of Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (“TSE”) in the occasion that TSE has moved to SET.
