TSE’s core businesses

The Company generates and distributes renewable energy businesses for its clients in Thailand, for instance, the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) in Thailand, and in Japan, for instance, 1. Hokuriku Electric Power Company, 2. Tokyo Electric Power Company, and 3. Tohoku Electric Power Company.

TSE’s all projects

As ending of the year 2019, the Company has Solar PV Farms in Thailand totaling of 15 projects with total selling capacity of 101 MW, and all projects have COD already. Also, it has Solar PV Farms in Japan totaling of 8 projects with total selling capacity of 176.47 MW; 7 of all projects have COD already with total selling capacity of 21.74 MW, and another project with capacity of 154.73 MW is under development. Moreover, it has Solar PV Rooftop totaling 14 projects with total selling capacity of 14 MW; and all projects have COD already. Besides, it has Biomass totaling of 3 projects with total selling capacity of 22.2 MW, and all projects have COD already.

Dividend Policy & Payment

The dividend policy is to pay dividends at a rate of not less than 40% of the net profit on the Company’s financial statement after deduction of corporate income tax, and all reserves required by law and the Company’s articles of association. However, the dividend payment is subject to change depending on cash flow, financial performance, future business plans, terms and conditions for business expansion, the needs for capital spending each year, and any other terms and conditions in relevant agreements or contracts for which the Company has contractual obligations, as well as other necessity and appropriateness, deemed by Board of Directors.
