On October 4, 2024, TSE extended its congratulations to Bangkokbiznews on its 37th anniversary. As part of the celebration, TSE also made a donation to support flood victims through the “Nation Sharing Kindness, Helping Flood Victims” project. The donation was received by Mr. Marut Arthakaivalvatee, Chairman and Advisor to the Executive Committee of Nation Group (Thailand) Public Company Limited, at Interlink Tower, Bangna, Bangkok.
Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited (TSE) has been awarded the ‘ASEAN Renewable Energy Projects Award 2024’ in the On-Grid – National Grid category for its ‘Bangsawan Green Biomass Power Plant’ in Surat Thani Province. This prestigious recognition highlights the plant’s efficiency in energy conservation and management across economic, environmental, and social aspects. It also reflects Thailand’s high energy management standards, demonstrating that it ranks among the top energy conservation projects in ASEAN. The award aligns with TSE’s vision to lead the region in renewable energy through advanced, efficient technologies that maximize benefits for both business and society. The event took place recently at the Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.

คุณสมภพ พรหมพนาพิทักษ์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ, คุณกิติพงษ์ ธัญน้อม ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม บริษัท ไทย โซล่าร์ เอ็นเนอร์ยี่ จำกัด (มหาชน) (TSE) ถ่ายภาพร่วมกับคุณปริญญา นาคประเสริฐ (Team Head, Corporate Banking) ธนาคาร ทหารไทยธนชาต จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TTB พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร เนื่องในโอกาสลงนามสัญญาเงินกู้ (Project Finance) มูลค่าสัญญา 432 ล้านบาท สำหรับโครงการซอยล์กรีต (Soilcrete Project) ซึ่งเป็นโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ (Tracking) ขนาดกำลังการผลิตติดตั้งและเสนอขาย 8 เมกะวัตต์ ในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามแผนงานการขยายกำลังการผลิตในประเทศ ปัจจุบันบริษัทมีสัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้ารวมทั้งสิ้น 286.2 เมกะวัตต์ โดยงานดังกล่าวจัดขึ้น เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้

Cathleen Maleenont Ed.D., Chief Executive Officer of Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited or (“TSE”), attended the Opportunity Day to present the Company’s performance to investors. For the year 2019, the Company had a total revenue of 2,101 million Baht, increasing to 58%, and net profit of 775 million Baht, increasing of 345% as compared to last year. Furthermore, the Company disclosed its business plan for the year 2020 that it was currently in the process of negotiation for acquiring a new solar farm in Thailand as well as waiting for bidding for Power Plant Community approximately 20 – 30 MW of which will be partly disclosed within 1Q2020. The event was at SET room 603, 6th floor, Tower B, at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
On November 25, 2019, Cathleen Maleenont Ed.D., Chief Executive Officer of Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited or (“TSE”), attended the Opportunity Day to present the Company’s performance to investors and announced the operating results of 3Q2019 for the three-month period ended September 30, 2019 that the Company had a net profit of THB 205 million Baht, increasing of 65% as compared to the same period last year. For the nine-month period, the Company had a net profit of THB 560 million Baht, increasing of 64% as compared to the same period last year at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
